"No loose screws" is always wonderful news, but even better is your determination to get back in the saddle again! Naturally your doc is unhappy about this (as another unhorsement could complicate his work next time), but as Cindy avers, you can't "live in a bubble surrounded by cushions all your life." Well...you could, of course, but if we started living to accommodate our doctors, where would we get? To the nursing home like everyone else — but with less life to look back on! Keep the faith. |
